The southern part of town is mainly residential. At Palmerston Park, prime residential district within easy reach to Dublin city centre, you will find many Victorian style mansion of great historical interest. This Neighbourhood provides a peaceful setting to study and enjoy Dublin in a more relaxed way.

This area is well communicated with the city centre, only fifteen-minute away by bus or by the LUAS, Dublin Light Rail System, an easy and comfortable way to travel in Dublin.

The Language School in Dublin South

Our language school in the south of Dublin is Emerald Cultural Institute, set in its own gardens overlooking beautiful Palmerston Park. It offers students the chance to study in a peaceful and stress-free environment.

The school was founded in 1986, Emerald has built up a reputation for professionalism and academic excellence, and puts the emphasis on quality and makes the learning experience a cultural one.

The school has highly-qualified and experienced teachers, and offers General and Professional English courses all year-round. Emerald also run summer courses for adults and juniors from June to September at different venues throughout Dublin city.
