Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and is a big modern metropolitan city with a population of eleven million inhabitants. The main tourist attractions here are the wide avenues, the beautiful squares and the never ending nightlife. Buenos Aires is full of culture which makes it one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Latin America reflecting also its European influence. Spanish, French, English and Italian architecture, beautifully blend together in this capital city. Grand Parks, statues, and a rich cultural activity have captivated tourists and convinced many to return to this magical city, called "the Paris of the Americas".

Evening entertainment never ends: hundreds of bars, discos and pubs of different styles keep their doors open all night long. Tango is probably the best way to describe the Buenos Aires' spirit. Tango is danced in parks, squares, and ball rooms. The late nightlife culture has made Buenos Aires the queen of parties.

Porteños are very friendly and fond of foreigners. Don't be surprised if you get caught in a busy social agenda! For all these reasons Buenos Aires turns out to be a great place to study Spanish.

It is an ideal location for your Spanish immersion; close by are many restaurants, bars, cafes, attractive parks, museums, movie theaters and shops. Recoleta is an upper-middle class neighborhood and is safe at all hours.

The school building is constructed in the traditional porteño style with marble stairs, mosaic floors, a terrace and several balconies. There are 18 classrooms and several common areas with free Internet access where our students can enjoy breaks. The school is centrally located, only a few minutes away from the subway, buses and student housing.
