The Residence
The "Saint Nicolas Residence", conveniently located in southern Paris, offers comfortable lodging while allowing easy access to the most famous Parisian landmarks : the Louvre Museum, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Notre Dame, etc.
Teaching method - Play and learn!
Accord Language School teaching focuses on oral communication using authentic documents such as songs, TV programs, movies, magazines and organizing games.
Its teachers, all University graduates, are fully qualified in the teaching of French as a foreign language. They are selected for their experience in teaching young people not only French but also art and sports. Their participation in extra-curricular activities allows them to spend more time with the students.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: 4-bed rooms with shared facilities. Shared showers
and toilets on each floor.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the residence
restaurant, as well as the afternoon snack.
Activities
On arrival the students register for the activities of their choice among many options offered: theatre, archery, football, face-painting, volley-ball, etc. The instructors and workshop leaders are all qualified and run the activities in French, thus reinforcing the work done in class.
Accompanied by instructors, teachers and often also by guides,
the week end and afternoon excursions are an opportunity to
discover most of the important sights of Paris and the
surrounding area : Notre-Dame Cathedral, the museum of Science and Industry "La Villette",
the Eiffel Tower, etc.
